Coordinating postgraduate excellence
The School of Postgraduate Studies is the coordinating unit of all postgraduate programmes of the University. It is responsible to the Senate for the day-to-day administration and coordination of academic and professional postgraduate programmes leading to the award of Postgraduate Diplomas, Master's degrees (Academic and Professional), MPhil and Doctorate degrees.
These General Regulations Governing Postgraduate Studies were approved by the University Senate and take effect from the 2022/2023 academic session. They are subject to periodic review by the Senate of Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa.

What we do
- Coordinate admissions, registration and quality assurance for all PG programmes
- Regulate curricula, supervision, examinations, and award recommendations to Senate
- Publish prospectuses, accepted thesis titles/abstracts, and related postgraduate information
- Organise annual matriculation for fresh postgraduate students
